Most of the messages a coach answers are not about coaching. They are status questions. Is Tuesday still on. Which park is it at. How many lessons are left on my package. Can we move Thursday.
Each one is small. Together they are an evening. The client is waiting on the coach for information the booking system already holds.
The client portal hands that information to the client. It is a private page on your site, branded to you, where each client signs in with a text and sees everything they have with you.
What the client sees
- Next up. The coming lesson with its time, place, and address, plus Add to calendar and Directions.
- Reschedule and cancel. Open times from your real availability, a note to you, and a clear message about whether the change is instant or waits for your approval.
- Their balance. Package lessons left and when the package expires, plus account credit and gift cards.
- Every lesson. Upcoming lessons, each opening its details and actions, and past lessons under History.
- Video lessons and memberships. On Elite, clients upload their clips for a video lesson and see the memberships they hold.
What stays in your hands
The portal does not invent new rules. Every reschedule and cancel runs through the same settings as the link on each booking: self-service on or off, cutoff windows, reschedule caps, and approvals. The coach’s calendar and the coach’s Stripe account stay the coach’s.
How clients find it
Your public coach pages carry a Client portal button beside Book now and an “Already a client?” panel with Open client portal. The sign-in text itself links back to it, so clients who have booked once can always get back in.
