Why coaches leave CourtReserve.

01

You pay by the court

CourtReserve's price scales with the number of courts you manage. You coach people, not courts, so Elite Coach Booking charges a flat monthly price instead: Core $39 or Elite $79.

02

Built for clubs, not coaches

Court reservations, leagues, and ladders are a club's world. Elite Coach Booking is built around a coach's offers, calendar, and clients.

03

It is tied to a facility

Elite Coach Booking travels with you. It understands your venues, service area, and drive time, so mobile lessons, multiple venues, and pop-up dates just work.

04

A booking portal is not a brand

Elite Coach Booking gives you a premium coaching website that makes you look elite, with booking built in, not a club portal with your name on it.

The whole coaching business, in one place.

We handle scheduling, offers, payments, and your website in ways built for coaches, not classes. Most of it CourtReserve does not have.

Scheduling nobody else does

  • Location-aware scheduling that knows your venues and service area
  • Drive-time buffers, so you are never booked two places at once
  • A real-time availability engine, not a static calendar

  • Travel and pop-up dates for coaching on the road

Offers built the way coaches sell

  • Private lessons at any duration
  • Packages and prepaid credits
  • Clinics, classes, and multi-day camps
  • Group-size pricing and bring-your-own-group
  • Deposits or full payment, your choice

Payments that stay yours

  • Paid straight into your own Stripe account
  • Deposits, packages, and saved cards
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout
  • We never sit between you and your income

Three tests for any booking tool, including ours.

Before you pick a tool, run the same three questions on every option you are weighing. Hold Elite Coach Booking to them too.

  1. Does the booking carry everything with it?

A real booking knows the lesson, the place, the length, and the price. If you still retype any of that, you have a calendar, not a system.

  2. Who holds the money?

The client should pay to confirm, and the payment should go to your own account. You own the calendar and the money.

  3. Does it know what kind of coaching you sell?

A private, a clinic, a camp, a package, and a membership are different things. Credits, seats, and prices should work the way each one does.

Where CourtReserve and Elite Coach Booking are built for different jobs.

CourtReserve details checked October 7, 2026 against CourtReserve pricing. Plans change, so confirm current terms on their site before you decide.

CourtReserve does a real job well: it runs clubs. Court reservations, leagues, ladders, and a members app across a facility full of courts. If that is your business, it is good software, and it prices the way a club expects, by the court.

A coach is a different business. You sell lessons, packages, clinics, camps, and travel sessions, and you might coach at more than one venue or on the road. You should not pay by the court to do that, and you should not be locked to a facility. Elite Coach Booking is built for the coach: a flat price, a premium website, and scheduling that follows you wherever you work.

What does CourtReserve cost?

CourtReserve’s pricing page, checked October 7, 2026, sells three plans by the number of courts included:

PlanCourts includedMonthlyBilled annually
Launch8$199$159 a month
Advance16$369$329 a month
Momentum32$549$499 a month

More courts, multiple locations, or network memberships get custom pricing, and the listed prices do not include sales tax. Add-ons are priced on top. Some integrations, such as DUPR and USTA Connect, list a $25 a month charge, and Momentum includes all of them. The branded mobile app lists a one-time $499 setup fee and a one-year contract. Text alerts include 500 messages a month, then $5 per 500.

Does a coach need a plan built around courts?

Not if you coach people, not courts. A coach who rents an hour at a club, teaches at a public park, or travels to a client does not manage court inventory, leagues, memberships, point of sale, or access control, and that is what the court-count price pays for. Elite Coach Booking prices the coach: Core is $39 a month and Elite is $79, wherever you teach and however many courts the venue has. Stripe’s processing applies on both.

Who should stay on CourtReserve?

A club or facility. CourtReserve’s plans list reservations, events and programming, membership management, a reporting suite, point of sale, batch billing and invoicing, and flex leagues on Advance. If you own the courts, that is the right shape of software. The same job for a coach, written for a sport: pickleball coaching software and tennis coaching software. The rest of the comparison set is on Compare.

Common questions

Is Elite Coach Booking cheaper than CourtReserve?

For a coach who does not run courts, yes. CourtReserve starts at $199 a month for 8 courts, or $159 a month billed annually, and rises with court count. Elite Coach Booking Core is a flat $39 a month no matter where or how much you coach. CourtReserve figures were checked on its pricing page on October 7, 2026.

How much does CourtReserve cost?

CourtReserve lists Launch at $199 a month for 8 courts, Advance at $369 for 16, and Momentum at $549 for 32. Annual billing brings those to $159, $329, and $499 a month. More courts or multiple locations get custom pricing, and prices exclude sales tax. Elite Coach Booking is $39 a month for Core and $79 for Elite.

Can a coach use CourtReserve for lessons?

CourtReserve lists court booking and lessons, packages, and public booking on every plan, so a club can run lessons in it. A coach who does not run courts would still pay for a court-count plan. If you teach at a club that already uses CourtReserve, ask the club how lessons are booked there.

I do not run a club. Is CourtReserve right for me?

Probably not. It is built for clubs managing courts, leagues, and ladders. If you are a coach selling lessons and programs, Elite Coach Booking fits better.

Can I coach at multiple venues or on the road?

Yes. Elite Coach Booking understands your venues, service area, and drive time, so multi-venue and travel coaching work out of the box.

How fast can I be live?
